Our table

With a kitchen where we value the concept "from Horta to Table" we try that our guests get in touch with the rich Alentejo's gastronomy.

We try whenever possible to use the products of our Horta, using our local suppliers as an alternative.

The day begins with the flavours of our homemade breakfast, prepared to the moment with a selection of breads, cheeses, juices, coffee, yogurt... Among other delights, we also have fresh fruit and jams made with the fruits of our orchard.

The eggs are on demand and come daily from our "happy hens". At the end you can not fail to taste that homemade cookie reminiscent of grandma's house!

Throughout the day you will have at your disposal a list of snacks and light meals to entertain yourself until dinner time!
