We have a few rural activities in which guests can participate, such as collecting eggs from the hen house, feeding our dwarf goat named "Estrela", picking seasonal fruit from our orchard, getting to know our organic vegetable garden, the famous olive harvest or visiting a tapir and a menhir 5 minutes away from our property.

Alqueva Lake

The Great Alqueva Lake, the largest artificial lake in Europe, is an oasis in our Alentejo!



The water...Come and discover its shores and islands with our partners, who, in addition to boat trips, offer a wide range of water sports to make your stay unforgettable!The land...Another way of getting to know the region is through the fantastic horseback rides, from Monte to the lakeside, while enjoying a fabulous sunset!The sky...The Alqueva, is the first place in the world to be certified by the Starlight Foundation as a "Starlight Tourism Destination.So be sure to book an observation session of our wonderful sky with our partners from the astronomical observatories of the region (Dark Sky Reserve in Cumeada and OLA -Observatory of Lake Alqueva in Monsaraz)If you don't want to leave the Monte, just wait until it gets dark, sit on our "Terrace of the Stars" and look up!You will have all the beauty of a fantastic starry sky at your disposal...



We have some thematic weekend programs, with wine dinners, boat trips, picnic, entertainment with singing from Alentejo... We also have an events room with capacity for 120 people that can be used either for family meetings (lunch, dinners, parties) or for seminars, presentations...

Soon we will have "bike friendly" programs, which will include the possibility of luggage transportation between accommodations, laundry, specific menus for cyclists, possibility of massage treatments, access to workshops... We have programs for 3 or more days of retreat with Yoga classes, Permaculture workshops, and healthy eating.
